After a number of years of continued growth resulting in their best ever year in 2015, Charlton and Jenrick have recently restructured their management team to ensure continued future expansion.
Barry Charlton takes up a new role as Managing Director of Overseas Operations. As well as managing overseas supply chains he will also be developing new markets for the group.
Peter Mintoft takes over the role of Managing Director of Charlton and Jenrick. Peter has been part of the fire and fireplace industry his entire professional life, and has been working with C&J for over 15 years in total.
A highly experienced development engineer, latterly he was instrumental in the introduction and success of the Fireline and Purevision range of solid fuel stoves. Peter takes over the day to day responsibility from Barry and Bill.
Bill Jenrick remains involved on a daily basis as Group Chairman and will be concentrating his time on customer relations and strategy development.
Rob Pope is now a full director and continues heading up the company’s gas fire development programme.
Rob is also highly experienced with 31 years’ service in the gas appliance industry and has himself been at the company for 16 years and is the driving force behind the Infinity brand of gas fires.
Warren Philips yet another long standing employee of 20 years is promoted to the position of National Sales Manager – Gas Fires
Colin Blair becomes the National Sales Manager – Stoves. As the brands and products grow, sales team segmentation by fuel type is designed to ensure fine focus for continued customer business development.
The new management structure coupled with the dedicated, experienced and in many cases long standing staff, will ensure a bright future for the group and those who partner with us.
